We offer a delivery service throughout Kent, and a packing service to post items by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own collection by courier.
Local delivery
We offer a delivery service throughout Kent. Charges are based on a cost of £45 per hour for 2 men, which includes time taken for loading, unloading and travel between premises.
Packing & postage
We offer a packing service and shipping service. Where this is not cost-effective you are welcome to arrange your own collection by courier. Packing fees are chargeable dependent on the size/quantity of items. Please contact us for further details or send a shipping request after the auction.
Postage to the EU
Due to customs changes on 1st July 2026 we can no longer post to EU countries on purchases under €150. We can, however, pack the item for you to arrange your own courier.
Collection
All items should be paid for and collected within 3 days of the auction. Collection is by appointment only. Any items not collected within 3 days of the auction will incur a storage charge of £5 per day per lot unless by prior arrangement.
