Part clearance — saleable goods can be cleared by our recommended fully insured, trained removal team and brought to our saleroom for appraisal by our expert valuers. Every item is sorted and offered for sale on your behalf, giving you the opportunity to get the best possible return on any items of value. If we find a masterpiece in the attic we can offer it for sale to the widest possible audience so you can be sure that its true value will be realised.

Full clearance — saleable goods are cleared as above and any unsaleable items are removed and disposed of at a licensed waste facility.

1. Free assessment — a free, no-obligation assessment of the contents of the property.
2. Clearance — saleable goods are brought to our saleroom by our recommended removal team.
3. Appraisal & auction — every item is sorted and offered for sale on your behalf.
4. Payment — payment is made by bank transfer directly into your bank account 4 weeks after the date of the auction.

Selling fees

• 16.5% commission (including insurance) + VAT
• £3.00 lot fee + VAT
• VAT is charged on the selling fees only, NOT on the hammer price
• No sale, no fee — if your item does not sell then we have not done our job properly, so we do not charge selling fees on unsold lots
